Incoming Quality Control (IQC): strict supplier admittance policy is executed in silvercnc; every batch of raw materials will be examined to ensure quality from the source.

Process Quality Control (PQC): lean production is a common sense in silvercnc. Continuous improvement is an everyday task. We have specific requirements for each of production and assembly process. Meanwhile, we arrange 200 hours long running test for every single product .

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): We adopt the most advanced CNC simulation machines to test our product ,The machine tool must be tested by laser interferometer, ball bar instrument and spindle vibration meter. NC rotary table working status in various operation system (Faunc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Fagor, and Chinese systems like Huada, Huazhong, GuangZhou Digital). Precise instruments such as grating ruler are used in the testing.
