The Silvercnc T200 CNC 5 Axis Rotary table is Roller CAM Driver which uses the roller gear mechanism,oneof the finest motion control mechanisms available. The unit is constructed from an input shaft(the roller gearcam) and a turret(output shaft)fited with roller folowers. The roller followers are preloaded against a screw-like input shaft to completely eliminate backlash. Our proprietary adjustment mechanism provides optimum preload. The roller folowers planted in the turrt use internal roler bearings to transfer torque whle rotating. This ensures zero backlash, outstanding precision, and excellent efficiency without causing wear, while providing long-term consistent accuracy.
Silvercnc T200 CNC 5 Axis Rotary table have excellent cost performance, the same quality price is two-thirds of the Japanese brands. which are widely used in high speed vertical machining centers and drilling and tapping machines in China. it can be used in Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens NUMERICAL control systems.AC axis linkage can also realize the five-axis surface machining.Widely used in aerospace satellite, military, medical equipment and other precision parts processing.
